2. Data Collection When Visiting Our Website
2.1 When using our website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server, so-called server log files.
This website is hosted on our own server infrastructure operated by us. No external web hosting service provider is commissioned.

5. Use of the Configurator and Requesting a Configuration Proposal
If you use our online configurator, request a configuration proposal as a PDF or submit a quotation request to us, we process the data entered by you as well as the configuration compiled by you.
Only your email address is required for sending the configuration proposal by email. Further information, in particular name, company and telephone number, is voluntary.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of creating and sending the requested configuration proposal, processing your request, providing technical advice and preparing and carrying out pre-contractual measures.
If you voluntarily provide further information such as name, company or telephone number, we process this information exclusively for handling your specific request. A telephone number voluntarily provided may be used to clarify technical questions regarding your configuration or quotation request.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the processing is necessary for handling your request or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Where processing is based on separate consent, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The data transmitted in connection with the configurator or a quotation request is not used to carry out an online order or online payment. There is no online ordering function.
No storage in a customer account takes place. The transmitted data is sent to us by email for processing your request and is processed internally only to the extent necessary for handling, technical clarification, preparation of a quotation or contract processing.
Your data will be deleted as soon as your request has been finally processed and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests in further storage.
6. Data Processing for Quotation, Contract, Delivery and Payment Processing
6.1 Insofar as this is necessary for processing requests, preparing quotations, performing a contract, delivering ordered goods or processing payments, we process the personal data required for this purpose pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
There is no online ordering function and no online payment function on our website.
Insofar as this is necessary for contract and delivery processing, we pass on personal data to commissioned transport companies. Insofar as this is necessary for payment processing, personal data may be transmitted to the commissioned credit institution.
If, on the basis of a corresponding contract, we owe you updates for goods with digital elements or for digital products, we process the contact details transmitted by you in the context of contract processing in order to inform you within the scope of statutory information obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
6.2 Disclosure of Personal Data to Shipping Service Providers
DHL
As a transport service provider, we use, among others, DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn, Germany.
For the purpose of delivery, we pass on the recipient’s name and delivery address to DHL pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of goods.
Your email address and/or telephone number will only be passed on to DHL for the purpose of delivery notification or appointment coordination if this is necessary in the context of order processing or if you have consented to this. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or, where consent is obtained, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
UPS
As a transport service provider, we use, among others, United Parcel Service Deutschland Inc. & Co. OHG, Görlitzer Straße 1, 41460 Neuss, Germany.
For the purpose of delivery, we pass on the recipient’s name and delivery address to UPS pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of goods.
Your email address and/or telephone number will only be passed on to UPS for the purpose of delivery notification or appointment coordination if this is necessary in the context of order processing or if you have consented to this. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or, where consent is obtained, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Google Analytics 4
This website may use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
Google Analytics 4 enables us to analyze the use of our website. This allows us to understand how visitors use our website, which content is accessed and how our website can be improved technically and in terms of content.

For handling accounting, we use services provided by DATEV eG, Paumgartnerstr. 6-14, 90429 Nuremberg, Germany.
DATEV processes incoming and outgoing invoices and, where applicable, further accounting-relevant business transactions in order to enable the financial accounting of our company.
Where personal data is processed in this context, the processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the efficient organization and documentation of our business transactions pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where statutory bookkeeping and retention obligations exist, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
10.2 consentmanager
This website uses the cookie consent tool consentmanager to obtain, manage and document user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications requiring consent.
By integrating consentmanager, users are shown a consent banner when they access the website, through which consent for certain cookies and services can be granted, rejected or adjusted. The tool blocks cookies and services requiring consent until corresponding consent has been granted.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this Privacy Policy regarding specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
