Find a hole in the ground and use ladders
The fourth tomb is located in the eastern part of the map, north of one of the camps in the area (M16,1i). You must be careful, as there are Venatori around the tomb. You can try to sneak past them, but the best thing to do is eliminate them all. The tomb itself is quite well hidden. Find a large hole in the ground and use ladders to walk all the way to the bottom.
After walking a bit, you will reach the hall with braziers in it. Light them in the correct order (shown in the picture). After going inside, find a large chest and take the fourth fragment of the key.

The last tomb is located near the camp in the northern part of the Wasteland (M16,1l). As in the previous tombs, be very careful here, as there are Poisonous spiders near the entrance.
Get to the main hall and start lighting the braziers. The correct order is shown in the picture above. Find the chest and take the fifth key fragment.
